As a bit of background, Cal Elite is a family owned business that has operated in Rancho Santa Margarita since 1993. We offer part time and full time positions. We hire new, entry level candidates and experienced, professional teachers, athletes and artists. Qualified positions enjoy tuition benefits, medical and dental benefits, paid vacation and holiday. Ninja/Parkour Instructor: We are always interviewing for entry level positions and experienced coaching positions.
Gymnastics Instructor: We are always interviewing for a variety of teaching positions.
Aerial Arts Instructor: This is a tough one! We are looking for accomplished aerialists (silks, lyra, cube, Spanish web and trapeze) who enjoy teaching.
Swimming Instructor: Part time position: We are looking for individuals with an aquatics background with an aptitude for teaching and working with children. Must be 110% responsible and dedicated to the safety and progress of each student. Variety of schedules available with greatest need in afternoons, evenings and weekends.
Dance Instructor: We are interviewing for a variety of teaching positions including entry level teaching positions and team teaching positions. Must be available on the weekends! Pay is commensurate with experience.
Preschool Education: We are seeking to hire LEAD teachers. Must have required early education units and 2+ years of teaching experience.
Front Office Customer Service: Customer service representatives to be the heart and soul of our customer service desk. Must be incredibly kind and patient and must enjoy a fast paced, happy, fun environment. We are open to part time or full time candidates. Evenings and weekends are a must!
