FAQ’s

What happens if I need to drop my class?

If you do not intend on participating in classes for the next month, please inform our front desk as soon as possible so that we may move another child into that spot.

What happens if I miss a payment?

If you miss a tuition deadline, or your credit card has expired or is no longer valid, please inform us immediately. If we do not receive payment by the 1st, we assume you are not continuing with classes and we will open up your child’s spot to another child on the wait list.

Can I transfer classes mid-month?

Consistency is key to growth in your child’s sport. However, we understand that sometimes schedules change. Mid-month transfers can be done online by logging into your account Cal Elite Account. Find your current class under enrollments and select transfer. From there, you will be guided to the new class to which you’d like to transfer.

What should I do if I miss a class?

We want your child to be able to get their lesson in and for this reason we offer free make ups for most classes, for currently enrolled students. If your child is absent, there is no need to notify us in advance. Please schedule a makeup online, after the class is missed.

What should my child wear to class?
