Ninja offers a fast paced, high energy class for kids who like physical challenges, athletic feats and FUN! Ninja students enjoy a blend of climbing progressions, bar work, jump skills, balance, obstacle challenges and inversions. Our curriculum focuses on strength, flexibility, coordination and motor planning. Ninja is the one program where agility and coordination count more than grace and pointed toes. Taught in a structured training environment, Ninja is perfect for the child likes or would benefit from physical play, agility challenges and a class full of friends.
Ninja embodies discipline, focused energy, and skill. It is challenging, fun and achievement rich. Taught in a structured, progressive manner, Ninja students learn sequences of flips, rolls, jumps, and kicks in combination with the use of strength and agility courses. Academy age Ninjas begin with one hour a week training which increases as they move up to the advanced level.
